Station Two22 is a new multi-family property located in the heart of downtown Mooresville, NC.

This Design-Build project features custom exterior, interior and wayfinding signage.  The flagship blade sign is rich in layers and textures, including faux wood planks (for a long lasting textured look), and day/night faced channel letter. 

 

The design theme supports this property's nod to the town's historic charm from it's half-round themes to the wood grained accents found in the interior signage.
